  1. Hi tamara i already have patents on my inventions. tina

  2. Hi any help i can get with my patents would be great thanks tinabina55

    • Hi Tina,

I suggest that you read the Mom Inventors Handbook before you spend a penny on a patent. Patents can be useful tools but are not required and are definitely not your first step in the process.

If you decide to pursue a patent after you gain knowledge about the process, it is best to speak to a qualified patent attorney. We recommend Stuart West of West & Associates. We have worked with Stuart for years. You can find his ad on our homepage (he's a sponsor of our site).

      Warmest wishes,

      • I couldn't agree more with Tamara's suggestion to read her book and do lots of research before spending money on a patent!! Should you decide that a patent is the way to go for you, there is a lot of research on existing patents that you can find all on your own before hiring an attorney!! Good luck!!

      • Hay tamara it took me seven years to get my first patent and two for my last one and yes i had a patent att and this is not my frist time i tried to get help from moms inventions i get mail a lot from a invention co in calif but i know it is a fraud co they want to pay my way to fly out to calf i just put them in my file 13 so believe me i have done my home work i am in hopes of hearing something after christmas on my spice cabinet with wash board doors i have kessler corp working on that for me they have been in bussiness for 50 years but i am still free to accept other deals i know i can contract my patent my patent att told me this. tina.

  4. Thanks, Tamara for posting another great opportunity on your site. I was just trying to figure out if it's worth paying to do PR for my product, and if so, how and with whom. I filled out the online form and am excited to learn more. Have a wonderful holiday season!

  5. These ideas are great!! Thanks for sharing, Tamara!!
