I wanted to express my appreciation for the spectacular media coverage that we have received from Forbes.com not just once but twice!
We were delighted that MomInvented.com made the Forbes.com "Top 100 Websites for Women" list including a screen grab of our homepage! And, in a separate piece Forbes.com listed my newest book, Your Million Dollar Dream: Regain Control & Be Your Own Boss in their article entitled, "Twenty-One Women Entrepreneurs Reveal Their Favorite Business Books." Thank you, Forbes.com!

Hello,
I have just published my book titled, Home Daycare and Practical Parenting. It is more of a guide for new parents deciding which childcare is best, and I also wanted to honor the many Providers who take pride in their working with children. It is also a story to share with other single moms out there to know that they are not alone. I raised my own five children on this income, and though I never made the Fortune 500 list, it was rewarding and fulfilling. I am hoping that your company might be able to direct me to other organizations so that I might be able to share my story with other women too. I write a weekly column for singlemom.com, but I also want to target all moms, parents and families. I do know that after 25 years of caring for children I have many experiences to share and have been asked many times throughout my career to "please write this stuff down."
Perhaps running your own Home Daycare is not for everyone, it kept a roof over our heads and food on the table, and with five children, I was able to work from home, and for me, that was a real plus! Maybe there is another mom out there who could change her situation and work from home like I did.
