Why did you start your business?
I started my business because I am passionate about PR. This is work I was meant to do! It is a huge thrill to hear the joy my client's express when I tell them they've been booked on TV, or are to be featured in a national magazine. It's amazing to be part of so many success stories.
What has been your biggest business success?
We're extremely proud of our client retention and the amazing number of referrals we get from clients who are thrilled with our work. We also have been contracted by some of the biggest corporate brands for pitching national press.
What are your plans for the future of your business?
Pitch PR is committed to excellent client service and we plan to maintain our strong reputation in this area. We also are growing in the area of social media, which is a hot trend in public relations.
What has surprised you the most about starting a business?
How much can be accomplished online! Business resources are everywhere... right at your fingertips.
