Mom Invented

With all the recent discussion on Mom Invented surrounding the casting calls for reality TV shows, we just had to share some good news: A Mom Invented member has been selected as a finalist for Shark Tank -- we can't say who it is until after the show airs, so stay tuned.

She told us, "Shark Tank called me twice today! First I needed to answer via e-mail 3 questions and then they called again to say I was approved by the executive producers. They sent me a 43 page contract to sign and said I am in "THE TANK" as a finalist!" She also asked us to "keep the cheering squad going" as she embarks on this exciting journey. We can't wait for the show to air so we can watch her compete!

Though casting is now closed for Shark Tank, we've heard that all the Mom Inventors who applied were great candidates. We'll continue to post these opportunities as we get them.

In other great PR news, Featured Mom Inventor Jennie Larsen's product, the Shade Wagon, will be showcased on the Today show tomorrow (Thursday, July 15)! Congratulations, Jennie!
