Hi Tamara,
I was wondering if Lambert&Lambert is recommended by you or just happen to advertise on your site? I trust you and this company seems to be very knowledgeable about helping new inventors. I would consider them to work with me.
Do you also have your own manufacture, patent company?
Thank you,
Isabela
Isabela,
We have our own line of products that are distributed and sold under our trademarked Mom Invented brand. We do not offer patent services but would refer you to our sponsors, West Associates and Simple Patents.
Regarding our endorsement of our sponsors, we do not make any claims about your satisfaction if you use our sponsors. However, because we feel a sense of concern for our members, we do our best to work with partners who we feel comfortable with. I should emphasize that no matter who you use, you must be sure you feel comfortable with their terms and commitment to you before you sign. If you are still uneasy, asking for references is a reasonable approach. This is especially true with invention promotion companies due to the many bad experiences inventors have. Based on our knowledge, we would not accept sponsorship from most invention promotion companies. Lambert & Lambert is operates very different from most and is known as one of the "good guys" in the business. . Other than a very modest fee for their assessment, they only make money if they secure a licensing deal. Therefore, they will not accept many of their applicants. However, you still receive their assessment documentation.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes,
Tamara
Thank you so much for your time and prompt reply to my question. It helped me a lot and it gives me a much better idea on how to start the whole process.
Thank you for making Moms' dreams so much easier to achieve!
You guys are awesome!
